While we bring extensive experience and a strong track record to your application, admissions and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant universities, institutions, and immigration authorities. IEN does not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval, as these outcomes are beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, service fees paid to IEN cover the professional guidance and processing we provide and are not contingent on admission or visa outcomes. Refund eligibility, where offered, will be governed by the specific terms of your service agreement.
